A 50% booking fee is required for all treatments booked online via the website. Appointment times are reserved especially for you! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive your full service and other clients are not inconvenienced.
Please keep in mind that no shows or last minute cancellations would leave our professionals with empty appointment slot times that could have been utilised by another client. This is why we require a 48 hour advance cancellation notice for a refund or to rebook your appointment.
It is responsibility of any clients running late to notify me as soon as possible so that they can be accommodated to the best of my ability. However, if you are more than 30 minutes late and a appointment cannot be rescheduled for that same day your deposit will be lost
